Clean Up Software Installation License Agreement

Welcome to the Clean Up Software!

Please be sure to carefully read and understand all rights and restrictions stipulated in the "Clean Up Software Installation License Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement"). Please carefully read and fully understand the content of each clause, especially the clauses on exemption or limitation of liability (which will be highlighted in bold to remind you), and choose to accept or reject them. Unless you accept the terms of this Agreement, you have no right to download, install, or use the Clean Up Software (hereinafter referred to as the "Software") and its related services. Once you install, copy, download, access, or use the Software in any other way, you will be deemed to have accepted this Agreement and agreed to be bound by its terms. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, please do not install, copy, or use the Software.

If you do not have full capacity for civil conduct due to age, intelligence, or other factors, please read and determine whether to agree to this Agreement accompanied by your legal guardian.

This Agreement is a legal agreement between you and Tianjin Chenzhi Technology Co., Ltd. and its affiliates (hereinafter referred to as "Chenzhi") regarding your download, installation, use, and copying of the Clean Up Software.

1. Scope of Services and License

1.1 The main functions of this Software are album cleaning and video compression; some of these functions may be enabled or disabled by default, and you can enable or disable them through the Software settings. Chenzhi will continue to enrich and improve various functions and services of the Software. Meanwhile, due to business strategy arrangements, adjustments, or other reasons, the specific services available to users in different regions may vary, subject to the actual services provided.

1.2 You may download, install, and use the Software for non-commercial purposes in accordance with the prompts of the Software. Chenzhi grants you a personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license. You must use the Software in accordance with the scope and manner specified in this Agreement and other agreements, instructions, and rules issued by Chenzhi.

1.3 Please obtain the Software through Chenzhi's official website or authorized third parties. If you obtain the Software or an installer with the same name as the Software from an unauthorized third party, Chenzhi cannot guarantee the normal usability of such Software and shall not be liable for any losses you suffer therefrom.

1.4 You understand and agree that Chenzhi only provides the relevant services under this Agreement. You shall be responsible for preparing the equipment and network required for using the Software and its related services (such as personal computers, mobile phones, and other devices that can access the Internet or mobile Internet) and bearing the necessary expenses (such as electricity fees for Internet access, phone bills, Internet access fees, and mobile data fees incurred by using mobile networks).

1.5 All other rights not expressly authorized under this Agreement and other terms hereof shall remain reserved by Chenzhi. You must obtain Chenzhi's written permission before exercising such rights. The failure of Chenzhi to exercise any of the aforementioned rights shall not constitute a waiver of such right.

2. Usage Instructions

2.1 To facilitate your use of the Software's services, you understand and agree that Chenzhi may send you various notifications (including but not limited to public notices, order information, promotional activities, and advertisements) via email, SMS, phone call, in-app messages, pop-ups, client push, and other means.

2.2 When you use a specific service of the Software, such service may be subject to separate agreements or relevant business rules. Please read and agree to the relevant separate agreements before using the service.

2.3 Chenzhi has developed different versions of the Software for different types of mobile terminal devices. You shall select and download the appropriate version for installation based on actual circumstances. You shall not install the Software on other terminal devices without Chenzhi's explicit permission. Chenzhi shall not be liable for any risks or losses arising from your failure to install the appropriate version of the Software.

2.4 Minors shall use the Software under the guidance of their parents or teachers and learn to use the Software correctly. Minors should avoid being addicted to the virtual online world, which may affect their daily study and life. Chenzhi attaches great importance to the protection of minors' personal information. When filling in personal information, minor users should enhance their awareness of personal protection, treat such information carefully, and use the Software and its related services correctly under the guidance of their guardians. Minor users understand that if they violate laws, regulations, or the provisions of this Agreement, they and their guardians shall bear all legal liabilities that may arise in accordance with the law.

2.5 To provide better and safer services, you may choose whether to use third-party products or third-party websites recommended by Chenzhi, but you must make such choice carefully. With respect to the links to other websites or resources contained in the Software, Chenzhi has no right to control, review, or modify the content, privacy policies, or activities of such websites or resources. Under normal circumstances, except as expressly provided by law, Chenzhi shall not be liable for the content of services or resources linked to other websites in the Software. Chenzhi recommends that you carefully read the terms of service and privacy policies of such websites before leaving the Software to visit other websites or resources.

2.6 When Chenzhi provides services to you, information releases, brand promotion services, or other forms of advertisements may be displayed during the service process. You hereby agree to the display of advertisements or commercial information of Chenzhi and/or third parties. However, you shall independently judge the content of the published advertisements and use them with caution. Chenzhi makes no warranties or commitments regarding the goods or services provided by third parties other than Chenzhi. Any dispute arising therefrom shall have no connection with Chenzhi.

2.7 You understand and agree that Chenzhi may, by itself or through third parties authorized by you, send and display advertisements or other information (including commercial and non-commercial information) to you via SMS, email, electronic messages, or other means. The specific form, frequency, and content of sending and displaying such advertisements or other information shall be subject to the actual provision by Chenzhi. You agree to independently judge the authenticity and reliability of the advertisements appearing in the Software. Except as expressly provided by law, you shall be responsible for any actions taken based on such advertisements.

2.8 To improve your user experience and provide better services, Chenzhi may display relevant third-party service information or provide third-party services in the Software. In such cases, please note that Chenzhi does not participate in the operation of third-party services and makes no warranties or commitments regarding third-party services or products. Any dispute arising therefrom shall have no connection with Chenzhi, and you may directly contact the third-party service provider to negotiate a solution.

2.9 When you use products or services provided by third parties in the course of using the Software, you shall comply with the third party's user agreement in addition to this Agreement. Chenzhi and the third party shall bear their respective liabilities for any possible disputes within the scope of legal provisions and agreements.

2.10 You must ensure that you own the copyright to the information content you upload or publish, or have obtained legal authorization for such content, and that any act of using the Software and its services by you does not infringe the legitimate rights and interests of any third party. Meanwhile, you shall adhere to the objectivity and authenticity of comments and shall not use your identity as a user of the Software to engage in any acts that violate integrity, including but not limited to: hyping up merchants and charging fees or obtaining benefits from merchants; participating in or organizing the writing and publishing of false information for the purpose of obtaining benefits; threatening merchants with comments to demand additional benefits; and engaging in other violations that affect the authenticity and objectivity of comments or disrupt the normal order of the platform.

2.11 In the course of using the Software, you must abide by the following principles:

(1) Comply with relevant national laws and regulations;

(2) Comply with all network protocols, rules, and procedures related to network services;

(3) Do not use the network service system for any illegal purpose;

(4) Do not use the Software service system to engage in any act that may adversely affect the normal operation of the Internet or mobile networks;

(5) Do not use the Software service to upload, display, or disseminate any false, harassing, insulting, defamatory, abusive, threatening, vulgar, obscene, or other illegal information materials;

(6) Do not infringe the patent rights, copyrights, trademark rights, reputation rights, or any other legitimate rights and interests of Chenzhi or any other third party;

(7) Do not use the Software service system to engage in any act that is detrimental to Chenzhi;

(8) Immediately notify Chenzhi if you discover any unauthorized use of your account or any security vulnerability.

2.12 With Chenzhi's written permission, when you share, forward, or engage in other similar acts (if any) with respect to the content in the Software, you shall also comply with the following specifications:

(1) For relevant data obtained (including but not limited to search hotwords, hit rates, classifications, search volumes, click rates, and read volumes), you shall not promote, provide, or disclose such data to any third party in any way without Chenzhi's prior written consent;

(2) Do not modify the source web pages in the Software in any form (including but not limited to the homepage link entry of the Software), and do not block, insert, pop up, or otherwise obstruct the display of the Software's source pages;

(3) Take safe, effective, and strict measures to prevent the content in the Software from being illegally obtained by third parties through any means (including but not limited to "spider" programs);

(4) Do not use the relevant data content for any form of sales or commercial purposes beyond the scope of Chenzhi's written permission, or disclose, provide, or allow third parties to use such content in any way;

(5) The act of sharing, forwarding, or copying the content of the Software to any third party shall also comply with other norms and standards announced by Chenzhi.

2.13 To ensure the normal and legal operation of the Software and a good experience for Internet users, you shall not use the Software to engage in the following acts:

(1) Involving any sexual or sexually suggestive content, or other vulgar or feudal superstitious information;

(2) Without Chenzhi's consent, engaging in any commercial promotion through the Software (including but not limited to advertising, commercial promotion, and brand promotion in the form of harassment or spam);

(3) Involving any illegal content related to others' privacy, personal information, or data;

(4) Infringing others' legitimate rights and interests such as reputation rights, portrait rights, intellectual property rights, and trade secrets;

(5) Containing other content that interferes with the normal operation of the Software or infringes the legitimate rights and interests of other registered users or third parties;

(6) Submitting or publishing false information, or impersonating others or using others' identities to conduct relevant activities;

(7) Forcing or inducing Internet users to follow, click on linked pages, or share information;

(8) Fabricating facts or concealing the truth to mislead or deceive others;

(9) Using plug-ins, add-ons, or third-party tools/services to access the Software without Chenzhi's written permission;

(10) Using the Software to engage in illegal or criminal activities, producing or distributing methods or tools related to the above acts, or operating or disseminating such methods or tools;

(11) Other acts that violate laws, regulations, or the provisions of this Agreement, infringe the legitimate rights and interests of Internet users, interfere with Chenzhi's normal operation, or fail to comply with the Software's specifications.

2.14 You shall not use or engage in any act that endangers the network security of the Software and its related services, including but not limited to:

(1) Illegally intruding into others' networks, interfering with the normal functions of others' networks, stealing network data, or engaging in other activities that endanger network security;

(2) Providing programs or tools specifically used for activities that endanger network security (such as intruding into networks, interfering with the normal functions and protective measures of networks, and stealing network data);

(3) Providing technical support, advertising promotion, payment and settlement, or other assistance to others if you know they are engaged in activities that endanger network security;

(4) Using unauthorized data or accessing unauthorized servers/accounts;

(5) Unauthorized access to public computer networks or others' computer systems, and deleting, modifying, or adding stored information therein;

(6) Unauthorized attempts to explore, scan, or test the vulnerabilities of the Software system or network, or engaging in other acts that damage network security;

(7) Attempting to interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the Software system or website, or deliberately spreading malicious programs or viruses or engaging in other acts that damage or interfere with normal network information services;

(8) Forging the name or part of the name of TCP/IP packets;

(9) Reverse engineering, reverse assembling, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to discover the source code of the Software and its related services;

(10) Other acts that violate laws, regulations, this Agreement, or the company's relevant rules, or infringe the legitimate rights and interests of others.

2.15 Without Chenzhi's written permission, you shall not authorize, allow, or assist any third party to engage in the following acts with respect to the content of the Software without legal authorization:

(1) Copying, reading, or using the information content in the Software (including but not limited to for commercial purposes such as promotion, increasing read volumes, or view counts);

(2) Unauthorized editing, organizing, or arranging the information content in the Software and displaying it on channels other than the Software's source pages;

(3) Using any form of identification method (including but not limited to special marks or codes) by yourself or assisting a third party to cause adverse effects such as traffic or read volume guidance, diversion, or hijacking with respect to the content in the Software;

(4) Other acts of illegally obtaining the content of the Software.

2.16 No one shall use any unauthorized third-party software, plug-ins, add-ons, or systems to view or obtain any relevant information, data, or other content of Chenzhi, Chenzhi's partners, or users contained in the Software. Meanwhile, such person shall strictly comply with the Robots Agreement and other relevant agreement rules issued by Chenzhi.

2.17 Under no circumstances shall you use any intellectual property rights or other legal rights of Chenzhi and its affiliates (including but not limited to any trademarks, service marks, trade names, business names, domain names, website names, and brands) without authorization. Without Chenzhi's prior written consent, you shall not display, use, or apply for the registration of Chenzhi's or the Software's trademarks, domain names, or other rights in any way, nor shall you express or imply to others that you have the right to display, use, or otherwise dispose of Chenzhi's rights or the Software. Otherwise, if any losses are caused to Chenzhi or others, you shall bear the relevant legal liabilities.

2.18 To improve user experience, enhance service security, and ensure functional consistency, Chenzhi has the right to update the Software or change some of its functional effects. After the release of a new version of the Software, Chenzhi will automatically upgrade the Software, and the old version may become unavailable. Chenzhi does not guarantee that the old version of the Software will continue to be available, nor does it guarantee that corresponding customer service and maintenance services will continue to be provided for the old version. Please check and download the latest version at any time to avoid affecting your normal use.

2.19 For the Software downloaded from non-designated sites or obtained from non-official release channels of Chenzhi, Chenzhi cannot guarantee whether such Software is infected with computer viruses, hidden Trojan programs, or hacking software. Using such Software may lead to unpredictable risks, and it is recommended that you do not download, install, or use it easily. Chenzhi shall not bear any legal liabilities arising therefrom.

2.20 Program error log reporting: When the program encounters an unexpected error or crash, an error log will be automatically generated. To locate the cause of the program error or crash and improve product quality, the Software may report the error log to Chenzhi's Security Center as needed. When the Software needs to report the error log, it will ask for your consent. If you agree, the Software will report the error log to Chenzhi's Security Center; if you disagree, no report will be made. The error log is the operation information recorded by Chenzhi's program when an error or crash occurs, which only contains the program's own error information and never involves any of your personal data.

2.21 If you no longer need to use the Software or need to install a new version of the Software, you may uninstall it by yourself.

2.22 If you stop using the Software and its services, or the services are terminated or cancelled, Chenzhi may permanently delete your data from the server. After the services are stopped, terminated, or cancelled, Chenzhi has no obligation to return any data to you.

2.23 You agree that if you find any content of the Software that does not comply with the law or the provisions of this Agreement, you are obligated to notify Chenzhi in a timely manner. If you find that your personal information has been stolen or your copyright or other rights have been infringed, please inform Chenzhi of such situation and file a complaint in accordance with the public complaint guidelines. Chenzhi will assist you in handling the matter upon receipt of your notification.

3. Information Usage Instructions

3.1 In the course of using the Software's services, you may need to fill in some necessary information or obtain some necessary information from the Software. You acknowledge and agree that Chenzhi may store your necessary information and send you information related to the functions and services of the Software to realize the functions and services of the Software. However, Chenzhi guarantees that the Software does not contain any malicious code intended to damage your data or obtain your private information, nor does it contain any function code used to monitor you. The Software will not transfer or disclose your personal information to any third party, except in the following circumstances:

(1) As required by relevant laws and regulations or judicial/administrative authorities;

(2) Transfer in connection with mergers, divisions, acquisitions, asset transfers, or business changes;

(3) Necessary for providing the services you request;

(4) Circumstances where transfer or disclosure to any third party is legally permitted with your consent or in accordance with other relevant agreement rules;

(5) For the specific privacy policy, please refer to the separate Privacy Policy Agreement separately published by the Software.

4. Statement of Rights

4.1 All intellectual property rights of the Software, as well as all information content related to the Software (including but not limited to text expressions and their combinations, icons, graphics, images, charts, colors, interface designs, layout frameworks, relevant data, additional programs, printed materials, or electronic documents), are owned by Chenzhi and protected by copyright laws, international copyright treaties, and other intellectual property laws and regulations.

4.2 All rights to the Software and any software used by the Software and Chenzhi to provide services (including but not limited to any images, photos, animations, videos, recordings, music, text, additional programs, and accompanying help materials) belong to the copyright owner of such software. Without the license of the copyright owner of the software, you shall not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.

4.3 You shall use the Software in compliance with laws, regulations, and this Agreement. You have no right to engage in the following acts, including but not limited to:

(1) Deleting or altering all rights related to the management of electronic information in the Software;

(2) Intentionally circumventing or destroying the technical measures adopted by the copyright owner to protect the copyright of the Software;

(3) Using the Software to mislead or deceive others, or engaging in illegal or criminal activities;

(4) Deleting, modifying, adding, or interfering with the functions of the Software in violation of laws, regulations, or national rules, resulting in the failure of the Software system to operate normally;

(5) Accessing computer information networks or using computer information network resources without authorization;

(6) Deleting, modifying, or adding the functions of the Software without authorization;

(7) Deleting, modifying, or adding data and applications stored, processed, or transmitted in the Software without authorization;

(8) Disrupting the normal operation of the Software system or website, or deliberately spreading destructive programs such as computer viruses;

(9) Other illegal acts that endanger the security of computer information networks.

4.4 Prohibition of reverse engineering, decompilation, and disassembly: You shall not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, nor shall you modify the compiled content or any internal resources in the program files. Except as expressly provided by laws and regulations, you must comply with this restriction under this Agreement.

4.5 Component segmentation prohibition: The Software is licensed as a single product. You shall not separate any part related to the Software (including but not limited to all software, electronic documents, copyrights, trademarks, this Agreement, and any statements) for any purpose.

4.6 Individual authorization requirement: Without Chenzhi's prior written consent and authorization, you shall not engage in any commercial sales, copying, or distribution (including but not limited to software sales, pre-installation, and bundling).

4.7 Reserved rights: All other rights not expressly authorized under this Agreement shall remain owned by Chenzhi. You must obtain Chenzhi's written consent before exercising such rights.

5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

5.1 You confirm that you are aware of all functions of the Software and the necessary operations required to realize such functions. You voluntarily choose to use the Software and its related services based on your own needs. All risks and consequences arising from the use of the Software and its related services shall be borne solely by you, and Chenzhi shall not bear any liability therefor.

5.2 The services provided by the Software are based on the current state achievable with existing technologies and conditions. Chenzhi will use its best efforts to ensure the stability and security of the services, but Chenzhi cannot foresee or prevent legal, technical, or other risks at all times. Within the scope permitted by law, Chenzhi shall be exempted from liability for such risks, including but not limited to losses and risks that may be caused by force majeure, viruses, Trojans, hacker attacks, system instability, third-party service defects, government acts, and other reasons.

5.3 Chenzhi does not guarantee that the network services can meet your requirements, nor does it guarantee the timeliness, security, or accuracy of the network services. You shall independently judge the information that may be illegal, immoral, incorrect, or otherwise inadequate, as well as the content that is incorrectly classified or deceptive. Under no circumstances shall Chenzhi be liable in any form for any errors or omissions in any information, or any loss or damage caused by the use of information published, private messages sent, communications made, or otherwise disseminated through the Software.

5.4 Chenzhi is responsible for providing you with the Software services. Unless otherwise agreed, Chenzhi makes no express or implied warranties with respect to the Software services, including but not limited to the applicability, error-free nature, continuity, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Software services. Meanwhile, Chenzhi makes no commitments or warranties with respect to the validity, accuracy, correctness, reliability, stability, completeness, or timeliness of the technologies and information involved in the Software services.

5.5 Chenzhi does not guarantee the accuracy, validity, or completeness of external links, nor does it guarantee that the linked addresses can be opened or that the linked pages and content can be successfully accessed. Meanwhile, Chenzhi shall not be liable for the content of any web pages, software, players, or resources pointed to by such external links (which are not actually controlled by Chenzhi).

5.6 The Software has undergone detailed testing, but Chenzhi cannot guarantee that it is fully compatible with all software and hardware systems, nor can it guarantee that the Software is completely error-free. If compatibility issues or software errors occur, you may contact Chenzhi for support. If the compatibility issues cannot be resolved, you may uninstall and delete the Software.

5.7 When you use the Software or request Chenzhi to provide specific services, the Software may call a third-party system to support your use or access. The results of such use or access are provided by the third party. Chenzhi does not guarantee the security, accuracy, validity, or other unidentified risks of such results. Any disputes or damages arising therefrom shall have no connection with Chenzhi, and Chenzhi shall not be liable therefor.

5.8 You understand and agree that in the course of using the Software services, you may encounter force majeure or other risk factors that affect the Software services. Force majeure refers to objective events that cannot be foreseen, avoided, or overcome and have a significant impact on one or both parties, including but not limited to natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes, plagues, and storms, as well as social events such as wars, unrest, and government acts. In view of the special nature of the Internet, force majeure also includes the following situations that affect the normal operation of the Internet: hacker attacks, major impacts caused by technical adjustments of telecommunications departments, temporary shutdowns due to government control, virus attacks, etc. In the event of the above situations, Chenzhi will try to cooperate with relevant entities to handle the matter in a timely manner, and Chenzhi shall be exempted from liability for any losses caused to you.

5.9 You understand and agree that in the course of using the Software, you may encounter risks caused by network information or other users' behaviors. Chenzhi shall not be liable for the authenticity, applicability, or legality of any information, nor shall it be liable for any damages caused to you by infringement. Such risks include but are not limited to:

(1) Information containing threats, defamation, offensive, or illegal content sent by others anonymously or under a false identity;

(2) Any psychological or physical harm or economic loss caused or potentially caused by others' misleading, deception, or other acts;

(3) Other risks caused by network information or users' behaviors.

5.10 Within the scope permitted by law, Chenzhi shall not be liable for service interruptions or obstructions caused by the following circumstances:

(1) Telecommunications system or Internet network failures, mobile phone malfunctions or viruses, information damage or loss, mobile phone system issues, computer viruses, Trojans, other malicious programs, or hacker attacks;

(2) Damages caused by computer viruses, Trojans, other malicious programs, or hacker attacks due to telecommunications system or Internet network failures, mobile phone malfunctions or viruses, information damage or loss, or mobile phone system issues;

(3) Failures of your or Chenzhi's computer software, systems, hardware, or communication lines;

(4) Your improper operation or use of the Software in a manner not authorized by Chenzhi;

(5) Outdated program versions, equipment aging, and/or compatibility issues;

(6) Other circumstances that Chenzhi cannot control or reasonably foresee.

5.11 Chenzhi shall not be liable for the deletion or storage failure of relevant data in the Software. Please back up the information content when publishing it. Chenzhi has the right to determine the maximum storage period of the content data you upload to the Software based on actual circumstances and allocate the maximum storage space for such data on the server. You shall back up the relevant data in the Software by yourself according to your needs.

5.12 You understand and agree that Chenzhi may temporarily or permanently suspend part or all of the Software's services at any time without assuming any liability, in accordance with changes in relevant laws and regulations or adjustments to the company's business conditions and strategies. You shall not hold Chenzhi liable therefor.

6. Liability for Breach of Contract

6.1 If you violate the provisions of this Agreement or Chenzhi discovers any abnormality during the service process, Chenzhi has the right to take measures including but not limited to suspending the use license, terminating the provision of services, restricting use, and initiating legal proceedings. If you violate laws, regulations, this Agreement, and/or other agreements or rules of Chenzhi, and Chenzhi takes any actions or measures against you or the Software services you use, resulting in your temporary or permanent inability to use the Software services or causing you losses, you shall bear the liability therefor.

6.2 Chenzhi shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, punitive, incidental, special, or exemplary damages, or any damages or risks arising from the use or inability to use the Software (including but not limited to direct or indirect personal injury, loss of commercial profits, business interruption, loss of commercial information, or any other economic losses).

6.3 You understand and agree that if Chenzhi discovers (on its own or based on information from relevant authorities, complaints from right holders, etc.) that you may have infringed the legitimate rights and interests of others, Chenzhi has the right to make an independent judgment based on the general public's understanding to determine whether you have infringed the legitimate rights and interests of others. If Chenzhi determines that you have infringed the legitimate rights and interests of others, Chenzhi has the right to unilaterally take one or more of the following measures at any time:

(1) Requiring you to immediately replace or modify the relevant content that infringes the legitimate rights and interests of others (such modification shall not affect Chenzhi's right to take any other measures);

(2) Taking measures such as closing the new user entry or restricting old users' login for products that infringe the legitimate rights and interests of others or all online products;

(3) Taking offline measures for products that infringe the legitimate rights and interests of others or all products (i.e., terminating the operation of the products on the platform);

(4) Pursuing your legal liabilities;

(5) Announcing your acts to the public and providing your valid information to the competent authorities or right holders;

(6) Prohibiting you from enjoying any services of the platform in the future;

(7) Other appropriate measures that Chenzhi deems necessary.

7. Notices

7.1 Under this Agreement, all notices sent by Chenzhi to you may be delivered via in-app announcements, emails, mobile phone SMS, or regular mail, and shall be deemed to have been delivered to you on the date of sending.

7.2 For any dispute arising from your acts on the Software, you agree that Chenzhi and judicial authorities (including but not limited to the people's courts) may serve complaint documents and legal documents (including but not limited to litigation documents) to you via modern communication methods (such as mobile phone SMS or email) or by mail. The mobile phone number, email address, and other contact information you designate for receiving legal documents shall be the mobile phone number and email address provided by you when registering or updating the Software. If Chenzhi or the judicial authorities send complaint documents or legal documents to the above contact information, such documents shall be deemed to have been served. The mailing address you designate shall be your legal contact address or the valid contact address provided by you.

7.3 You agree that the judicial authorities may serve legal documents to you through one or more of the above service methods in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Procedure Law. If the judicial authorities use multiple service methods, the service time shall be based on the first successful service among the above methods.

7.4 You shall ensure that the contact information you provide is accurate and valid, and update it in real time. If legal documents cannot be delivered or are not delivered in a timely manner due to inaccurate contact information provided by you or your failure to timely notify of changed contact information, you shall bear the possible legal consequences.

8. Other Terms

8.1 If any provision of this Agreement is wholly or partially invalid or unenforceable for any reason, or violates any applicable law, such provision shall be deemed to be deleted, but the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain valid and binding.

8.2 Chenzhi has the right to modify this Agreement at any time in accordance with changes in relevant laws and regulations or adjustments to the company's business conditions and strategies. The revised Agreement will be announced in a timely manner and attached to the new version of the Software. In the event of a dispute, the latest version of the Agreement shall prevail. If you do not agree to the revised content, you may uninstall and delete the Software by yourself. If you continue to use the Software, you shall be deemed to have accepted the revisions to this Agreement.

8.3 The content of this Agreement includes but is not limited to the Chenzhi User Service Agreement, the agreements or rules attached to this Agreement, and other relevant agreements and rules that Chenzhi may issue from time to time with respect to the Software. Once the above content is officially released, it shall constitute an integral part of this Agreement, and you shall also comply with it.
